Many homes are in a Sub-Association (click here for names and map) that will have their own guidelines and process.

Please be sure to notify both associations of any plans before making changes. A project may comply with the Desert Harbor rules but run afoul of the sub-association's guidelines. We recommend getting written approval from both before making any changes.
